Default Civic Guages...

Okay... I have a 95 Civic DX (duh! lol) and I got some Eurolite white faces... I want to make my guages glow red...

I took out the cluster, and on the back there are 4 bulbs with BROWN bottoms that say "BR T5" next to them on the back of the cluster... there are 3 bulbs that say "BR T6.5" next to them on the back of the cluster...

I took these out, and the 3 larger ones (6.5) had blue condoms on them... i took them off. the 4 smaller ones (5) were clear...

there are a bunch of bulbs that have black bottoms, they are all clear, and are used to light up the warnings, etc. i am going to leave them alone...

I dont know if i have #194 bulbs or whatever... so I'm not sure if I can do the LED thing... but if i can, someone please let me know.... also... which bulb is for the odometer?

anyway... is there a way i can just buy replacement bulbs with red on them? or do you know where i can find condoms in red... that will fit whatever number bulb i have... im not sure what number these are...

if anyone knows where they sell a kit or somethin, it all would be appreciated... I have the needles taken care of... I bought a lumiglow kit for that... so they will light up nice... i just need to get everything else to light up red...

Supposedly www.partsexpress.com has them but I've yet to see them. You could try emailing them to see if they actually have them. If you're looking for LED's for the 194 bulb, I think that www.autodynamic.com has them. Just not positive if the gauge cluster uses 194 bulbs.

do a search on google or yahoo shopping for "194 LED bulb" and you'll get some choices.
