How do I remove this ?

How do I remove the sticky tack thats under the plastic thing in the door ? You know when you take off the door panel , and then theres the plastic sheet, take off the sheet and sticky tack is left . Any ideas on how to clean it right off ?

I bought goo gone, which made that shit melt right off...
you still need a putty knife to get it all off

i would scrap it off with a dull edge, then use googone, that stuff works wonders.
