What is the offset of the rims? Sounds like you need spacers to make them clear.

Not just that, but what size tires are you running? The Azenis is known to be slightly wider compared to other tires (in terms of the same size).

good call didn't pay attention to the fact he was running azenis. If you want to keep the tires you will have to run spacers. Just make sure to always check them to make sure they are torqued to required specs. I have heard bad stories of people who don't check

I don't think a wheel and tire shop will carey those, but you can always check. If they don't, I think your best bet is a speed shop or someplace online.

That's bull, you might need longer studs, but it's not "unsafe."

From my experience you can run wheel spacers as long as you have 7-8 full turns of your lugs. For inspection purposes you will not pass though. So just show up without them for a little while.

But the wheel lip WILL rub the rear upper control arm and that can be fixed just by filing down the rear UCA about 1-2mm. I just used a 3mm wheel spacer in the rear I got from my sponsor He can mail them out to you: KAM Specialties 610-777-9702 and ask for Bryner and tell him you talked to Mike Louie.

PLus the 215/45x16" Azenis are too wide. I already had them on my 16x7.5" Kosei K1s and they rubbed like crazy.

i got some spacers from the local tire shop, and i do the tech inspections in our region ( ) so i know i'll pass (it's not unsafe if you could see the spacer you'd agree), but thanx for the offer, i'll have to watch that, i'll file down the control arm soon, but for now i have to get the auto-x, thanks guys for your help, and i'll have to watch those the azenis pretty closely
