Shipping Options from Canada to US

you're stuck with just about three options.
fedex. ups, and canada post
cheapest you could go is probably canadapost ground with no tracking. i sent someone an arm rest that way and i think it was around 12 bucks? maybe less or more, i know fedex or ups would have been around the 25 $ mark. the down side is that, the cheapest option IS the cheapest option and theres no gurantee or tracking
i've heard OF greyhound shipping where i think they put your packages on busses that go that way but you have to drop it off and pick it up at the greyhound terminals. i've never done it but maybe you wanna look into that too.... and give us a 5 page report when you're done
