Default changing guage cluster light???

if anyone has seen the RSX guage cluster at night you probably think it looks real nice!!! i was wondering if it would be hard to make the lights in an Si cluster to make it red like the RSX??

OR if you've seen the TSX guage cluster is there a way to make it look like that?

TSX cluster

RSX cluster

better yet... do you think it would be hard to make custom guage cluster out of the RSX cluster?

You can do it with LED's but you can't just solder them on, you have to get resistors. You can buy them ready to hook up but are pretty spendy and you need at least 5 or so.

Here is a how-to for an accord.

The guages have 6 leds and I will problably add 2 more. The hvac controls only have 2 leds in it. I also took the blue condoms off the factory bulbs and slipped them over the leds so they would give off more of a glow rather than a shining beam that leds tend to project.

I mounted them on the back of the guage cluster with some electrical tape and bent the leads into the light openings. Everyone who has seen them seem to enjoy the change up from my long time indihos.
