Default gsr swap

I recently totalled my GSR and I am throwing the motor and trans in a 96+ hatch. What will I need to do that. I know I need motor mounts.

If the GSR is 94+ then it will bolt right in with no troubles using the GSR mounts. And you will have to run a vtec wire which is very easy.

Thats cool the motor mounts will work. What wire has to be run. What about the rear disc swap, does that bolt right up?

i'm pretty sure it does. if not you could try and get the 99-00 si discs

you will need wire harness
dont forget ecu
integra lcas will not fit 96+ civics

how is it totaled if you can salvage the engine and rear suspension?

You'll use your the dx harness and modify and lengthen the plugs.
You'll also need the 99' Si rear bracket and driver's upper bracket.

:werd: its easiest to adapt the stock harness to the new motor. u need those mounts, but u'll reuse everything else: linkage, axles, fuel pump and feed line to the fuel rail.
