i have a b16 in a eg. my shifter is stuck in reverse and wont budge, is my clutch burnt, or tranny blown? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the pedal have the normal feel? will it move if the car is off? Was there a noise when this happened? HELP US HELP YOU!!!!

 

the clutch feels fine, it's soft. this started to happen like about a month ago, after i raced it like about four to six times. ever since then everytime i try an reverse, it get jammed, then i would just jiggle it and it would pop out. this time it went in not smothly and got stuck. the car still roles when the car is off. any other question just ask
