my car was stolen and stripped (it had a ton of performance and stereo equipment) and my insurance company totaled it. im gettin $12,700!!! im either gonna get a 99-00 si, a vw gti, or a 5th gen civic and have alot of money to put into it. im curious to know what u guys would do...

5th gen. Civic Hatch...

Relatively easy to find for cheap... light weight... fun... reasonable space... cheap insurance...

Also the best-looking Civic ever made...

What insurance company do you have? I have state farm, my car got stolen on May 9th recoverd same day, they took the intercooler most of the dash is apart and the back seats. I don't know all what they took because I couldn't touch the car until the police got there and they took so long I had to go back to work. What all did your insurance cover? Did you need receipts or did you all ready tell them you had that stuff in the car before it was stolen? h:
