We had to shave the caliper on my friends 95 EX in order to fit the 96-00 HX wheels

No i don't have abs. So you're saying that those wheels don't fit '00 EX civics, unless i shave the calipers a bit? I still don't understand why though, since those wheels can fit '99 civics with no prob.
