Default Inner door panels

Hey,

This is my first posting (so be nice...lol) I have a 1992 honda civic LX (Canadian) and I am wanting to install power windows and locks to it. I am trying to find inner door panels that contain the switches. Anybody know where I can get them from?

Also I have another question. Is it possible to swap an instrumetnal cluster that does not contain a tach with one that does? It's been something I've been thinking about.
