yeah, jdm ferios have a rear windshield wiper.

it's a parking antenna. the little green thing with the h on it. goes up and lights up green so they know how far from cars they are. on the left side since they drive on the right. i've never seen it on the rear bumper before though.

 

I know, I was just wondering if it was included in the ebay deal.
