if so, paint it black. then it would be an even better sleeper

great car
I don't know if you can paint intercoolers, the fins are so close together, you might get blockage with the paint, also painting the aluminum would definitly affect the heat transfer properties, as far as I can figure... However, it MIGHT be an option to have the IC ANODIZED, I dunno how that process would affect heat-transfer... dunno...

Those injectors do seem pretty big, I don't know for a fact that bigger is better, you have raised their ceiling (maximum throughput), but also raised their floor (minimum output), I THINK, do a search somewhere it will tell you 550cc injectors are good to XX horsepower (offhand I think ti was like 4 or 5 hundred?)

Why is he ditching the missing link, I THINK it is cause he has a 3 bar map sensor and doesn't need the missing link to trick... the map sensor(?) from going haywire, reading off the chart, and triggering CEL.

Now, you are going to use the hondata with boost, and the greddy boost controller? I'm not familiar with that part, is it electronics, or is it a vacuum relay to actuate the wastegate? Keep it simple, the less electronics "piggy-backed" the more simple and reliable your live will be, right?

I don't know if you need a fuel pressure regulator if you drop your injector size, did I see a MSD box in there btw?

I think you asked for advice, so here is mine, do a little research, see what would work best with the hondata unit and your target boost/HP range. If you can save some money by maybe downsizing the injectors, or not buying the boost controller (IF you don't need it), upgrade to the s200b, with 3-step rev lauch, data-logging, et al.

Also on your manifold, you said you have the drag. Is that the one with the wastegate located on ... the #3 runner I believe, I've heard that is not optimal for high boost, cause it takes longer to evacuate the gases from that location, and with your 720cc injectors and built the **** up block, I'm guessing you want to run some max ****ing boostage!

Hope that helps, I'll be watching this thread.

Cheers to a clean car

Also, I like the under-hood stickers, I think we found an acceptable place for decals!!!!!!!!!! they're gonna peel from the heat though, I think.
