well i finally broke down and decided to get custom paint, put the turbo on hold for a minute...only because my back bumper got all scratch up at the mall then my buddy jeff the painter said if we do it lets do right...shaved antenna.. shaved rear "H"..paint is called blaze crystal red pearl.. with some added pearl.

sweeet color... tho i would have gone ahead with the turbo... how much did the paint job run you?

 

2 g's its all good though all i need now is my hondata and turbo is done

That's an awesome paint job...Honda should have used a red like that instead of that sickening pink-fading red.

I would've told the painters to leave the molding under the doors unpainted, but oh well...maybe that's just me. At least the grille is still black.

 

pictures dont do it justice there is so much pearl its sick..no doubt about honda red though it does suck

 

Sweet color choice! I keep swaying between something like that, and a deeper blue than the stopck Captiva... Sucks when everyone knows you for having a blue sol...

 

i hear that.....my buddy just painted his civic...mazda mp3 blue looks awsome..but he geet so jacked when people say hey nice SI....he starts yelling look at the headlights asshole its a 95..and the paint is not si blue...lol

 

Jeez, tell him to chill next time. SHEESH! Remind me never to compliment him.

 

hes not mad at the compliment..hes mad that people dont know the difference between a 2000 si and a 95 ex with a gsr swap and a custom turbo..plus the color is not si blue its actually way darker
