Yes. He was in jail for 8 months for manslaughter charges.

 

I didn't know the side could go in so far. Makes me terrified to get hit on the side, especially with an SUV or truck. That's really sad that he died.

It said he got sent to jail for manslaughter, but got out do to good behavior.

 

I couldn't live with myself if I caused someones death. I just can't imagine.

 

in sandiego, theyre trying to get murder 2 for 2 drivers who were racing. they crashed and both their passengers died. murder 2 is for malicious behavior leading to someone's death

I read your post and wanted to offer you some corrections in your information. David’s legal last name was not Jackson-Cox….it was just Jackson. David’s aunt and uncle’s last name is Cox. However, because they loved him so much I permitted “Cox” to be added for the obit and the gravestone…because I wanted it to be a comfort for their hearts. But his real last name is Jackson/Gesualdo. The girl in the picture is not David’s sister…she is David’s cousin, Rachel. David’s sisters names are Cristina Gesualdo and Samantha Jackson…he also has a brother named Jeremy Jackson. We all live here in Salem. David (or Davy…as I called him) was under the temporary care of his aunt and uncle at the time of the accident while I was going through a rough spot in my life.
