Quick Question about a 95 Civic EX

I never got the VIN....
I'm going to call the guy up tommrow....one thing I forgot to mention is that there was no wiper washer fluid in the car? should I be worried about that?? He seemed the get the oil changed regulary (3-4k) due to all the receipts he had of the oil changes...
The guy I talked to was in his early 40's, he seemed like a good guy. He said his daughter drove the car back and forth from her university to home. They are the 2nd owner of the car and bought the car at around 40k miles.

I have a 95 EX too. Just bought it last fall. I got it for 4K and mine had 115,000 on it. However, the belts were just done and the body was in perfect condition. I think it's a good deal. Run a carfax just to make sure.
