96-98 bumpers same as 99-00 ??
Civic 96-99 REAR bumpers are they the same as 99-00 REAR bumpers???

the 96-98 rear bumpers are exact opposites when it comes to the bottom of the bumper. the 96-98 rear tapers in at the bottom the 99-00 slightly flares out. but you can still put a 96-98 rear bumper on a 99-00 and vice versa.
