are helms manuals usefull for this?
i wanted to pull out my entire dash and wrap it in this fabric. to make it kind of like the RSX dash. it looks real nice inside. but i dont know how to take the dash apart. would a helms manual show?
i was going to use spray on adhesive and stick it onto the dash... most people on here would probably thing it's a ricey thing to do but doing work yourself is probably more rewarding. plus ive seen an integra with the dash done like this, except they had it done at a shop. it looked real nice
Yes the helm manual will show you how to take the dash out. A word on Spray adhesives: They don't work very well on Vinyl. I tried it when I did my interior and after the car sat in the sun for a while and heated up, it came undone. I ended up using Permatex contact cement in the tube. That stuff worked great. Had my interior in for almost two years now and no lifting.
