Those tailights aren't Si tailights because obviously they share the same tailights as the DX HX and EX 
I say stick with the 96-98 tailights to look less conspicuous (sp?)

they come stock on the si as well so they are Si Taillights, but you are right the DX HX and EX share the same lights..
