O2 Sensor on Header...
I feel pretty embarassed asking this, but I was wondering if anyone knows if it's safe to drill a hole in my DC Sports headers to place an O2 sensor.... because the header did not come with a bung to place it in. Anybody know if this is a safe thing to do? Thanks.
I bought a DC Sports 4-2-1 header for it, but it only came with one O2 Sensor down at the bottom, near the cat.. but I still have another sensor on top of the exhaust manifold... yeah, I know it sounds pretty ghetto.. I was just wondering..

there is only one 02 sensor in the header, and one in the cat if youre obd2. the header should have come with an extension harness so u could use the stock o2 sensor in the new location

your gonna get a CEL if you run without the cat in the stock manifold - ECM checks for different readings before and after cat.
You might want to look for P28 ECM, convert the harness over and get a header for a 92-95 which locates O2 in front - OBD2 sucks! I wonder if anyone else has fixed this problem with their DX and kept their OBD2 setup to not run into emmisions - smog check issues??
