Got the older style, single spring design. The ones with the "helper spring" on top are goofy to me. Why not just get progressive rate springs if you're going to do that?
But yeah, black springs, red cap on the top.
Still doing great.

ive got koni's and im a bit dissapointed, they take ages to rise because they are gas filled supposedly, and my rear suspension squeaks like **** over normal and averagely bumpy roads. laods of potholes in my town doesnt help either.

TEG SHOCKS ON SOLS ARE GOOD!!!
Hey Bakeoff, I was curious as to why you chose Integra shocks, was it only for the sale? I didn't know they could fit on del Sol, but anyways, you say they working well eh? Are you suggesting Integra shocks over del Sol shocks in this case? I remember you said you've burned thru many shocks in the past...so its funny you found your match with a set of Integra shocks.

Right now I'm looking for a good set up, but I get different opinions on everything, so I need some hard evidence ;p

thanks

Civic and tegs are BASED on the same chassis. The tg is lengthened a bit, but still the same platform. As for the teg shocks, they're valved a bit higher, so reason says that they have to hold a up a bit longer on a lighter car.... Mine don't squeak, don't rattle, ride great, and corner like a dream. I keep forgetting to mention, this is on an S model chassis. What's the difference from the Si? No sway bars! I'm doing those soon!

I wouldn't buy them from a site that has them listed with civics and tegs together. They will all interchange, but are NOT the same parts. I know that www.cr-everything.com has a good price on them, and www.nopionline.com is right behind them. Plus, I've dealt with nopi before, and would trust them.

i dont get it.....so just because they list them on the same page means you can't trust them??? I ordered my springs from these guys and a few other things and had no problems with them at all, i dont see how where they list their parts has anything to do with them....

but anyways, my question was are those them and what years were the third gens?

I wonder if stock teg shocks would be a good low budget swap to do since the teg's are for a more heavy car than ours?
