Default 99 Civic HB Clutch Release Binding

Hi,
I have been having an ongoing problem with the clutch on my car. When the clutch is released it does not release smoothly and sometimes makes noise. It is like two pieces of metal rubbing over each other with no lubrication and then they slide making a sort of ping noise. I have had the car in the dealership 5 time regarding this. The second to last time they lubricated the release fork for the clutch (where the ball contacts the forks, the other end from the throwout bearing) and the problem went away for a while. The last time they ripped the clutch out and buffed and greased the same spot and ensured me the problem was resolved. It did go away for 2000 Km and now is back. I am under the impression that other people out there are having this problem also. Is there any resolution to this. It is obvious the dealership doesn't know how to deal with this and I can't afford to have the clutch pulled apart every 2000 Km.
Help - frustrated driver.
