Default need help..stripped a screw

I was trying to install front brembo crossdrilled rotors on my 97 civic. I took of the calipers, and i was doing the 2 phillip screws that holds the rotors. they was stuck as hell. I tried using an electric drill with a phillip head, but ended up stripping the screw. What do i do now?

go get a philips head screw driver you do not car about. Put it on the bolt, and hit it with a hammer, nice and hard untill it comes lose.

And impact driver will work much better. I've stripped all my screws for the discs. Best fix.
