Default Ordered my Turbo kit....

Ordered a kit today from a private seller. He pieced together this turbo setup from different parts, might have heard of www.homemadeturbo.com Thats where ive learned alot about turbos. I dont have enough Cash to get an Apexi or Greddy turbo kit, so ive decided to try this. Anyways, i told this guy that id give him $650 for everything EXCEPT an FMU and injectors because he doesnt have those. < by the way its a T3 turbo.

My question is, What kind of FMU and injectors should i get? Ive heard about Vortech FMU and they seem to be pretty popular. What size injectors should i get and Also will i need an Inline fuel pump?

-PS. I asked the seller if he had a Paypal account, only because ive been screwed over before on ordering things with Money Orders and never recieving it. He said he doesnt..... should i still send a money order for the kit? i know its up to me and ya never know, just thought id see if anyone had an opinion on it. Thanks guys

Are you buying it from the guy who runs homemadeturbo? If so, I wouldn't worry about getting ripped off.
As for fuel, run the vortech riser and an inline pump until you can get some injectors and hondata.
Better start saving for a clutch.

If your buying it from Jeff (owner of HMT) then I wouldent worry. As far as injectors there's a GB on H-T for 450cc (up to 550cc's I think) for 200. I ordered mine a few days ago.

Its not from the guy who runs homemadeturbo. Its from a guy that was on there classified forum thats on their website.

So if i get the vortech FMU and an inline fuel pump, i wont need to buy injectors?

Oh yes, the new cluth will come a couple weeks after i put the kit on. Im not tryin to mess up my car in any way. Would a stage 2 cluth be a good choice?

I would ask the guy for references. Perhaps COD also.

With the fmu and pump, it will get you by until you can get injectors and hondata. It's just less tunable.

For the clutch, you'll need something that will handle around 200 ft/lbs to be safe.

So if im just gonna use a FMU and inline fuel pump, i dont need injectors? And when i get the hondata, then ill need to get new injectors right?

Any idea if the stage 2 clutch holds up to 200 ft/lbs?

In tank pump + Risers = $hit.
You'll need injectors and an intank pump w/ hondata.
