That's how most front lips are installed. Just make sure that the double sided tape gets good adhesion throughout the entire bumper and use screws to hold it in place at the fenderwells.

where did you buy the lip?
absdynamic lips have little tabs that come with it to hold the lip to the front of your bumper

ya some companys use the factory mountings on the bottom of the bumper and provide the double sided tape also.

if you buy your own double sided tape make sure its the automotive one.

Mugen front lips are a very tight fit, you should have tabs at the end that may need to be heated up to allow you to fit the lip on properly, once the tabs at both ends have been heated you can bend them back and forth until you get the right fit.

kewl, thanks for all your help guys. i bought the lip w/o ANY installation hardware. i just used a total of 4 screws (2 on each end of the lip) and double sided tape in the front. hopefully it'll hold. thanks for all the replies. i appreciate it much. ill get some pics up asap.
