When I'm shifting from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, i hear a screaching sound coming from my engine. I have no clue on what it could be.
I have no problem shifting, it just makes that awfull screaching sound. Was wondering if anyone had this problem or knows where the sound could be coming from?

I also grind going into 3rd gear and was gonna take it into a shop to drain the tranny fluid, was wondering if anyone knew how much I would be looking at spending?

Maybe a bad throw-out bearing in the transmission? :dunno:

 

I duno about the grinding...

Do you have CAI? Mine squeels a litl if i push the throttle the right amount...something with the way the pipe is bent i guess...I can notice it sometimes while shifting...
