I wanted a B16B jdm type r cause of its rarity, but I can not find any engine performance parts for it like intakes, cams, or turbos. Since i cant find performance parts for the engine, I am planning on getting an Si engine or a H22 prelude engine. I like the Si engine alot because there is a lot of parts for the engine including a vortex supercharger which gives a 117 hp boost but it does not come with alot of horses stock. I like the h22 alot because of its stock power but it doesnt have as many aftermarket parts as the Si. Which would you choose and do you know any sites that have B16B engine performance parts.
i was once like you, and then i thought, oh sh!t, this is going to cost a lot. i still am 16 btw, and i do lack some driving skills

First of all I'm not talking about turbocharging or supercharging the car till i save up the money which will probably be around the time i go to college. I did start out learning how to drivea little bit before 2 years ago on my paper route and now i drive my brothers 92' mitsubishi to school with him and drive my moms 98'corolla to do daily errons 4 her. I know every teen says they can drive and alot lie but i really think I can drive pretty well.

Do what i do, talk to people, see what they think...
I talk to g2racer, jkan(doesnt talk to me cause i always talked to him) Maxboost, Crusial, Tirod, Txhatch, and dav-g (aka the best help www.dav-g.com)

Swapping an engine, and then adding a turbo, its going to cost you... big time...

I think you can be a good driver when you turn 16 but think about it, when you turn 16 you are very exited to get to drive and then you drive like shit. Not sayind bad just like shit. 16yo drivers love to haul ass everywhere they go and do stupid all the time. I know I was there 3 years ago and now I have watched some kids younger than me and they drive like shit. I never got in a wreck and neither did these kids, but i have watched them get many tickets, not very good for insurance and not a way to keep your parents happy. So think about it if you drive a pos for a while you wont have the urge to drive like shit. You wont even want to drive very much. Wait to get crazy!!!!!

i drive slow, i get made fun of it, i have no tix,

The only problem i have, is watching the cars go by. Lets say if i see some rice, i will do something to make fun of them, and not watch the road, no crashes yet

I love speed alot but im not stupid. I avoid tickits as much as possible. The reason i want to hookup the car is for show and for street racing(I know alot of peps oppose it but 1/2 or more of my school does it because it is a heavy addreniline rush that im addicted too. Chances are though once i get boosted, i will race at the tracks only.)
