I have a 99 SIR and am wondering how to install a OEM front lip?

 

if you have the SiR, why would you need a front lip? you should already have one.

well anyway, there's 9 screws (i think) underneath and two at each vertical end that attach the lip to the bumper using stock lip mounting brackets. Look under your bumper, you'll see the outlines where the lip's brackets screw in. Simple as that.

 

Thanx . I had one to begin with but it got stolen one night..I got a replacement but it didn't come with instructions
