Default Smelly '95 Civic

Ever since the day I got my car (last Sept 2002), whenever I run the engine a little harder It starts to smell like oil in the car when I come to a stop. What I mean by driving harder is shifting at about 4000-4500 rpm, or a speed in excess of 120 km/h. If anyone knows what the hell is wrong with my engine please tell me. If you have a solution I'd like to know it. Also I need the 92-95 Honda Civic Service manual. If anyone has this file in PDF format which I believe the correct size is about 88MB.

How often do you do maintenance on it? I'd suggest maintaining your motor well and then see if it's still smelling. You may have a leak somwhere when you're internal pressure builds up. How many miles on it?

Yes I perform regular mentenaince on the vehicle myself. And all the repairs as-well. Regular Oil changes are made every 5000kms with Mobile 1 5w30 full synthetic oil and a High grade fliter I not sure what it called right now. I doesn't appear to be leaking any oil from what I can see on the engine. I wash it regularly as-well. I agree that it does have something to do with a rise in the oil pressure. It has 163k kms on it right now.

Any ways I tried something about three or four times and it always happenes but I don't know how to fix it. If I drive the car hard for a couple minutes and then stop when is smells like burning oil, I pop the hood and I can see a little puddle of oil underneeth the oil filter. I've tried tightening it but it still happens. And yes its the right filter.
