cool, thanks all. one other question, but i think i already know the answer, can u use my d15 header on the b18b? i'm thinkin now, but i thought it was worth a shot. thanks.

yea the LS is a good motor, my buddy runs 14.7 consistantly w/ intake, header, exhaust, underdrive pully, and a 2 degree advance in timing. hybrid built that car too, fastest LS swap around here

check out www.fuzionauto.com
they recently did a 5th gen b16 swap with auto to manual tranny swap..
i talked to them and they charge 60/hr which is pretty cheap

ya haybrid seem like a good group of people. They keep in touch to and very streight foward im hopein to do more work with them in the future my brother is geting them to do a swap in the fall i think...... they are found in greensburgh i think exit 8 of the interstate i got a JDm b18c so i had to buy extra parts but i think its 700 for labor (88hondahatch sounds as if he has a better price quote for ya) good luck

not really, i bought erics "beater" and the motor was already in it

it came outta that rolled GSR sitting down there. the kid actually went to my school and rolled the car at the begining of the year. kinda funny, i just walked up and thanked him and walked away last week

spend that extra 10 minutes figuring out how to wire up the vtecH <--:chuckles: i wish i did for the longest time..i ended up buying a GSR motor and took out the LS. you are rite tho', it is the best bang for the buck and it gives you peace at mind...good luck wit it.. :thumbup:

Yeah, I think B18b is the way to go for a lot of reasons - price, CR ratio (great for boost right out of the box), street drivability (more torque down low that b18c or b16). If you want the power up top, just throw in some cams and you'll have a pretty fast street ride.
