Default will wheel covers from a 99 fit on my 95?

i got a good deal on a set of four 14" ex wheel covers from a fellow han'er. is the bolt pattern the same from 95 to 99?

Yes all Civics are 4x100.

You just have to make sure you use lugs Honda provides. They have a special plastic ring that holds the hub caps on the wheel without crushing the caps.

i have the lugs from my original covers (for 5th gen) that have the plastic rings, so i hope they'll work for the 6th gen covers i'm getting...

the nuts should be the same...my friend put wheel covers from a 5th gen Civic on his '89 Accord with the stock nuts, and there was no problem. I don't think this should be an issue for you.

only difference is the 7th gen ex with 15's instead of 14's i believe, and there were 13's on 6th gen HXs also i think
