What engine do I have?
I just bought a head and I'm wondering is there any way I can tell if its from an EX? The guy says its from a 1996 EX d16y8, but is there a way I can actually look at it and be certain? And it just says Honda on the valve cover. Also, I'm pretty sure theres a vtec soleniod on there too.

I know with most honda parts, it will have a generic code for the car on almost erevything. So a 5th gen Si will have P28 on everything, and a CRX Si will have PM6 on everything... I'll go take a gander at my head and see if I can find where the marking is... But I'd assume that head should have P2P on it somewhere...
