Is it possible to put A/C into a '99 Civic EX? What is the approximate cost? Used/new?

Thanks!!

i suppose it'd be possible, but i thought all ex's had a/c. the ex is the top of the line with all the options. atleast, that's what i thought. you could probably get all the parts you needed from a junk yard and just have someone install them.

He's from Canada though, and the EX in Canada is like our DX here in the states, their Si is our EX, and their SiR is our Si.

It's posible, I think my parents were going to get it done once and was like $600-$800 to do it at the dealer with OEM parts. They didn't get it done cause the car came with it when they ordered it. It wasn't supposed to cause they were gonna add it later. It's a long story.

so is it a cdm lx? or a usdm lx? i used to have a usdm lx and it had a/c too. so, if that's the case, i wouldn't see it being a problem to install a/c. may just be a pain or something. i believe my mom's cx has a/c as well. but i can't really remember.
