Default Trim Removal

Anyone know an easy way to take off the trim in a 98 Civic DX...i wanna paint it myself....mainly cause it's cheaper but also cause i think i could a custom job look pretty nice...

for the piece on the fender, you need to take the fender off and pop it out. For the door piece and the piece in front of the rear wheel, you need to remove all interior trim panels and pop them out from the inside. Or, if you don't want to go through the hassle, you can just rip them off, break the clips, and just buy new clips to put them back on with.

just pull the splash guard out of the way enough to reach in with needle nose pliers.

pull trim, and use needle nose for the rest. dont just rip them off, because you can bend the mouldings

LOL, thanks but I meant interior, but thanks, ill keep that in mind...

CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THE INTERIOR TRIM!!!!

oh, interior trim? What pieces are you talking about? Door? Dash? Console? Backseat?

supposedly the easiest and best way to do the dash is to have the winsheild pulled and then placed back in

All of the trim that is plastic, like around the console(headunit, air conditing, etc)...around vents...cupholder....you know
