Default aem cold air intake????

wussup everyone,

i plan to buy an aem cold air intake for my 93 civic hatch. i was wondering if there are any modifications are needed and if it will require to take my front bumper off? simple installation?

its simple bro , jus pull out the old airbox, comnnect the piping and add the sensor. are u getting the bypass

you dont have to take off the bumper, but its the easiest way. i did it without taking it off and had to get around the wheel well cover and beneath the car. Simplest and least stressful is take off the front bumper and remove the resonator that way. Much easier.

It's pretty simple stuff, the best way to do it as said is to take off the front bumper, makes the job less stressful. Make sure you get a bypass valve..definetly comes in handy.

I toke my bumper off cuz it fell off. I installed my CAI after i rear ended a truck. Becaue it busted my air box.
