Default should i replace manual window reg.?

I know power window conversions have been covered, so i'm not gonna ask any how to's on that. I just want to know everyones opinion if it's even worth it, or if aftermarket power windows really suck? My driver side manual window regulator is going out, again. I don't feel like replacing it a third time.

There is a regulator inside the door that bolts to the window, when you crank the handle inside the car, this thing inside the door cranks the window back up. It is stripping. When I turn the handle, the handle turns and the window does not roll up. It is not the handle that is stripped. It is part of the actual regulator inside the door that is stripping out. I'm sick of replacing it. It was a bitch to replace the first time, and i'd really rather have power windows instead.
