Default apexi turbo kit question....

i was reading on the apexi website that they make a specific kit for the d16z6..does the kits included an FMU? and does it come with the piping for the FMIC (gt) so i dont have to get the pipes redone and recut?

i know that jkan has the turbo kit but i didnt see anywhere on the site that had for the y8 motors....

anyhow, some more info will be great, thanks.

Z6 kits fit on Y8.

APEXi kit comes with no fuel management, unless you opt to buy it.

The APEXi intercooler kit comes with the piping; the same piping from the turbo kit will have to be discarded with the exception of the charge pipe (the one going to the throttle body.)

It just comes with the oil lines, downpipe, intake, exhaust manifold, wastegate and gaskets.

I don't know if you've seen this but: http://www.wabe.net/silum/turbo.html

I never changed my oil weight or brand. That's just me but I'm sure a lot of other people have something else to say. mobil 1 =

Check your compression lately?

It wouldn't be a bad idea to get new pistons and rods. That's what I'm doing before I order mine. Keep in mind that the kit is not all that you need to get for a turbo system.
