city light wiring

hey can anyone tell me how to wire my city lights.

i cut the constant and ran it to the courtesy lamps. (this is for the JDM lamps setup i have)

if the sockets dont have the wiring harness, could i just hook two wires from each terminal to wherever i was going to wire em to?
