Housing Color?

I'm getting a set of chrome housing projectors for my car. I want to seperate them and paint the housing, me no likey chrome.

Should I paint them gun metal or gloss black? Give me your input.

I guess as long as you're not color matching it to the car, you'd be gravy. But are you sure you'd want to sport a set of projectors?

don't think they make a gloss gunmetal....it's a gun metal with metallic flakes in it. I'm gonna do it that way.

I'll post pics when I'm finished.
