Default Car manuals?

I would like to get a helms manual for my car. I need to figure out the differences between my cars wiring harness and the GSR. Although everywhere(autozone, advanced auto parts, and napa auto) seem to ahve Hanes manuals. Will this be good? I've never heard of them before? Or should I order the helms online? If so, which one? Theres a service manual and an electrical troubleshooting one?

To give you an example of how a Haynes manual works this is taken right out of mine:

Fuel tank removal and installation:

Steps 1-10 tell you how to take it out
11: Remove the tank from the vehicle
12: Installation is the reverse of removal

Wiring diagrams are in black and white and don't explain troubleshooting at all. They just tell you to take it to a dealer. Then, the dealer uses the Helms to fix your car.

Get the Helms, you won't be disapointed. I would just get the regular one(service manual), if you are fairly good at mechanical things. The service manual does a pretty good job with electrical diagrams, and I believe most of them are in color. If you are not good with that sort of stuff, get both of them.

What kind of car do you have? If it's a 96-00 civic and you are looking for stuff for a 94-00 Integra, I can scan those pages in my Haynes and send it to you.

Thanks alot!!! It looks as if I only need to add one wire to my harness in order to do the swap. Its the IAB(Intake Air Bypass control) wire. Just an FYI. Also theres 5 wires going to a trasmission control module, but I have no idea what that is?
