I would say so. I remeber back in the day when the SI was tested by car and driver They got something like 15.7 at 87. I haven't been to the track in a long time but out of a fwd car I would say a 15.6-15.9 would net around an 87. It depends on 60ft. and traction also. Look at some heavely boosted supras...12.1@141+.

haha told you that you ran 16's :fawk:

haha back on topic...a 15.5 should probably be a bit lower than an 88 mph trap. My friend matt ran a 15.1 @ 79-80 with a 2.2X 60 foot and i doubt a 1-2 mph lower trap is gonna drop you from a 15.1 to a 15.5.

a 87 trap should be good for about a 15.4-15.5 with a 2.2X 60 foot. With a 2.4X 60 foot it's probably like a 15.7-15.9

i run 16s when my car is running like ass:fawk:

but alot of other things come into play...but he ran at 79..at 15.1...goddamn..

so what your saying is..i should be at what 15.5? sorry to say but i only lauch at 2K rpm..other than that i spin my all might 125 furious hp to the crank...

my 330 foot time is - 6.641@ best e/t of 15.82
my 330 foot time is - 6.725@ e/t of 16.1

so i shifted slowly into second then?

actually it was a 15.1 @ 80....you must have some really awful tires if you are spinning if you launch higher than 2k. When i was i/h/e i would launch around 4800 @ the track and pull 2.2X 60 foots on the stock clutch. Maybe you are dumping it, you gotta feather the clutch, and don't step on the gas all the way at once. Put the gas 50-75% down and let the clutch out and then work your way from there.

yes, i do dump the clutchh: i get to "excited":naughty: waiting to the shit to turn green..ive learned to feather after though...its different than a street race b/c i can lauch at 4600K and spin still have some traction....

im sure i can pull a 2.35 or so....if i do that...what will i be around a 15.5?
