Yeah the coefficient of friction between the lower left housing of my taillight and the bulb casing was too high, therefore cause a failure in the wiring of low tensile strength. I took Young's Modulus into account and compensated the aerodynamic effects of the triple point of water.

only the outter light up when on the brakes...the middles are just running lights and stay dim when brakes are on.
