I put a lower rear, and upper front on, as well as a rear sway bar, all at the same time.....I noticed a big improvement over stock.

I did the front upper and rear lower at the same time. No difference

I'm not going to waste money on these bars anymore. Next bar I get will be a sway bar - those usually make a world of difference.

what kind did you get? I have Neuspeed front and rear uppers and front and rear lowers, big difference. When I put on the rear lower I only had the fron upper, and I could feel the difference. It was a lot more solid in transitions/swerving/slolom.

the cheap ones don't do shit. Get neuspeed or some other equally reputable kind.

Yeah, I don't know about those. I wouldn't bother with anything other than neuspeed, OEM where aplicable, and people seem to think cusco is good too. The neuspeed front upper actually bolts to where the upper A-arms attatch to the car, not the strut tower.

All those $20 ebay things are total crap.
