my 92 civic hatch with b16a p30 ecu im having a problem with the fuel pump not priming, if i reset the ecu the fuel pump will prime start and i can drive it till i turn it off then once i turn it off try to start it back up it will start idle high and die within 2 seconds, then try to start it again it will just turn over..i unpluged the fuel pump plug under the seat and it had voltage when i turned the key on? im stuck i need some help asap
