Its photochopped in there. You can tell the front valve cover and the spark plug wires are way too big for the rest of the engine bay. Probably the pic of the Ferrari engine was taken closer than the civic and hence the unproportionate mating of the two.

Also, i doubt Ferraris intakes look like that...

you can also see half the valve cover and timin belt LOL

 

And plus, I believe that motor is in the rear of that Ferrari which it came out of anyways......
