Default wiring problem

Hey I'm very new to this forum. I have just recently purchased an Si 3dr. First owner did some ghetto wiring hook ups. I was just wondering if the sunroof, light dimmer, and cruise buttons are supposed to light up at night, as well as the power mirror controls? Also, my gauge cluster lights and climate cntrl lights will flicker on off every now and then (has to be a loose wire or something) wondering if anyone had this problem and if so how did they remedy it? thanx

None of them light up. The cruise light will come on when the button is pushed in. But that's about it. Hope you got a good deal on it.

Eh, not really car was vandalized. I had to replace all glass new paint, fenders body work etc. But got angel eye head lights, new tailights. Car came with full exhaust, rims tires, jdm sir steering wheel, fog lights cold air intake and brembo brake conversion. All for 2200 canadian. And it only has 95 000 km : ) : )
