Default 2002 civic problem HELP please

2002 civic lx auto,heres my problem,not sure maybe in limp mode.
starts rite up,but it idles to about 1100 then the cel pops on and tach drops
cel goes off tach goes back up,does that about a dozen times.then the tach
drops to 0 with the car still running,but bogging down on acceleration the hole time the battery light is on till tach goes to 0,alt is new,battery new,and chargeing,turn car off then start it back up and same thing happens all over again, any ideas ?? i am thinking its in limp mode maybe not ,,need to fix' ith out the dealer charge any help out there

well I'm in Farmington Hills. ex-Honda/Acura tech. If you want a spare set of eyes/hands in locating the problem I would be more than willing to take a look for ya. I don't make any promises but it beats a trip to the dealer if you don't have to.

]seeing that there is absolutly NO qualified help in this forum I went to another got the anwser i needed within 5min. this is great forum for pating yourself on the back,NOT the place for usefull info
