last night i raced a mustang GT i run a dry 60 shot. sprayed fine.. car performed well, but threw a check engine light (AFTER THE RACE).. i unfortunately was not in a position to check the code... so i checked the plugs.. NO damage.. reset the ecu.. let it cool down. started it up.. NO cel.. the only thing i can think of is i bumped DOWN my fuel pressure a couple days ago because i was running rich, and knew i could realize some more power without leaning out.. MAYBE it was a little too lean?? and it threw a code JUST on juice, cause i drove home.. NO CEL.. got on it a little.. NO CEL engaged vtec.. NO cel.. so i think maybe it is a leaning on juice issue.. im about to go run it on spray shortly to see if it will throw the code again.. i know without knowing what code it was it is hard for anyone to say, but does anyone have ANY ideas???

 

not sure about that.....how'd everything go with the valve ajustment prob though?

 

discount EVERYTHING i said... car is running fine again.... i just ran 2 nitrous passes.. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT... so im sure that it was lack of fuel and maybe too much nock or ping or something.. anyway.. fuel is back up and the car is fine.. NO problems... and it went great... the car is real quiet now.. thanks for asking..

my and Mr. Snjracer(ant) were driving around in ocean city just ****ing around and there was a mid90's stang gt green with racing stripes.. and some stuck up gurl driving with her b/f? and another gurl in the back

Ant: can i beat it?
Me: i dont know just race her
(we pull up to a stop light next to her)
Ant: (pops trunk) GO OPEN THE BOTTLE!
Me: jumps out and opens it and gets back in a puts the 5 point harness back on LOL
Ant: you wanna race that mustang?
Gurl in stang: HAHAHA can i just start laughing at you now?

ME: come on its just a ****ing mustang
(she revs her flowmaster equipped mustang GT and ant revs his civic)
(light turns green and ant waits a second and the gurl floored it.. so ant sprays in first and the tires break loose and completely RAPES the mustang by like 3 or 4 car lengths) (Mind you.. the intersection we were at was RITE in front of the police station )
we pull up the the next light and ant had got in her lane after he raped the stang and i kindly wave and laugh at them...

hahaha i ****ing love dumb gurls whose parents buy them cars and they think there fast.. now shes gonna go bug her dad for a civic and go try to race people with that now HAHAHAHa

so that was the highlight of our day.....
