Default is a 14b turbo to big for a bseries

[COLOR=blue]i was wondering is a 14b to small for a b-series, and a 16g to big. just what is the best turbo for a ls -vtec with stock pistons. because i want to build a turbo ls-vtec, before i built almotor lsvtec's and now im wanting to do turbo.

Just use a t3 or t3/t04.

what about a 16g turbo is that turbo for more top end.
