get your tires balanced and get an alignment see if that fixes it.

Even if the alignment is in the tires can still be out of balance. How long does it take speed wise to start vibrating? If nothing get the tires balanced and see if it fixes the problem.

unbalanced tires is where I would start. While the car is getting the tires balanced have them check the play on the wheel bearings..it takes 14 seconds and usually techs don't mind checking real quick while its up in the air anyhow.

it only cost me 60 to have my wheel bearing replaced. its better to go ahead and take the spindle off and take it to a tire shop

Make sure you lugs nuts are on tight. Yea, it might sound stupid, but mine came loose on my passenger front wheel somehow and a terrible vibrating noise happened when I was accelerating. Tightened them up, and I was good to go!
