spraypaint tail lights
i read somewhere in here that someone did this to their tail lights. Well i was wondering if it actually works cus im sooo ready to do it if it comes out nice. I really dont wanna spend like $100 bucks for red tail lights someone please reply thanks ya'll!

I painted the tails on my old del Sol before it was stolen. Just get some Testor's Transparent Candy Apple Red spraypaint from your local hobby shop, and use the entire can. Paint in light coats. Use clearcoat if you want, I didn't. It turned out great.

I got a question about the sprayed red OEM tails...do the flasher lights still light up orange or is the light masked red?
BTW, the 1st generation altezza tails sprayed 70/30 look good too...heres my Sol...
